These General Terms and Conditions of Sale describe the terms and conditions under which a customer may purchase a product offered by the company Familin' on the website www.familinbordeaux.fr.
Familin' commercializes offers for partners at tariff conditions negotiated contractually with these partners.

VALIDITY OF THE PRODUCTS

TICKET PRICES
The ticket prices have been negotiated with our partners. The prices are valid on the day of purchase and include VAT.
TICKET DELIVERY
The products purchased are delivered in the form of coupons and sent by email to the customer at the address given at the time of purchase.
IS MY ONLINE PAYMENT SECURE?
The purchase of tickets is done online, via a credit card payment. Familin does not have your credit card number on its servers at any time. The following cards are accepted: Carte Bleue, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, 4 stars, Maestro, Aurore card.

RIGHTS OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with Article L121-20, paragraph 12 of the Consumer Code, the buyer may not exercise his right of withdrawal concerning the services of transportation of goods, car rental, catering or leisure activities (ticketing). These will not be reimbursed. In case of exceptional refund, an adjustment fee will be charged.
RIGHT OF ACCESS AND RECTIFICATION OF PERSONAL DATA
The collection and processing by Familin of personal data transmitted to it on the site www.familinparis.fr have been declared to the CNIL under n° 1923904 v 0. In accordance with Article 34 of the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, you have the right to access, rectify, modify and delete data concerning you.

CLAIMS AND DISPUTES
These terms and conditions of sale are subject to French law. Any claim or dispute relating to a ticket purchase must be submitted to Familin within 72 hours of the purchase on the website www.familinbordeaux.fr by e-mail. In case of disagreement, the only competent jurisdiction is the Commercial Court of Paris.
