The medieval festival "La Gerb'ode
This is the 20th edition of the medieval festival of Ger'ode. The theme of these two days of festivities will be the Artillery in the XIVth", with a guest of honor the Artilleur du Roy, specialist of the shooting with the gunpowder, the couleuvrines and other black powder guns.
In the military camp, you can see craftsmen like master tailor, blacksmith, armorer, bow maker, etc. ....
From 11am, the Black Prince's Camp will open its doors and offer visitors workshops and a craft market. On Sunday evening, a medieval ball and a fire dancer.
Throughout the weekend, families will be able to attend animations:
- knights in armor battles
- equestrian jousting
- axe throwing
- archery
- workshops of vegetable dyes
- of calligraphy
- from the shooting to the gutter (trebuchet)
